Management consulting. Capitalizing on my professional knowledge from a commercial, organizational and marketing point of view, gained over thirty years in important structured companies and in almost all distribution channels, in 2014 I began my new professional activity as a management consultant and business organizator supporting corporate management, entrepreneurs and private investors in identifying new business development opportunities, in the design of interventions to improve the company’s performance and in the management of the operational phases.

Definition of objectives and action programmes, articulation of organizational units, structure of processes (operational and supportive), implementation of procedures, control and reporting of activities, monitoring of results, implementation of corrective actions.

Support on business reorganization of commercial, organizational and marketing profile together with internal management structures.

I started a collaboration with Google in 2014. Then I continued my collaboration with Lamborghini energy drink and luxury beverages in 2016. Since the end of 2017, in synergy with a prestigious Associate Firm of accountants, lawyers and labour consultants, I have made professional advice to companies in the PMI in management and directive activities following the client completely in staff.

Since 2019 I also follow the Service Cooperatives operating with XPO Logistics (world leading supplier of supply chain solutions) from the point of view of financial management.
